BRAC Bank is currently looking for an ambitious, smart, goal-oriented, enthusiastic individual for the following position in its HR Operations & Employee Relations Department under the Human Resources Division:



Job Title: Officer / Associate Manager, Employee Relations

Employment Type: Full Time:

Job Grade: OG-I to PO;

Job Location: Dhaka

 EDUCATIONAL & QUALIFICATIONS:

  1.  Graduate from a reputed university with a satisfactory academic track record;
  2.  Minimum four (04) years of HR experience, with at least two (02) years in the

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

  •  Assist the process of addressing reported issues concerning misconduct and non-compliance
  •  Review and update the Code of Conduct and Disciplinary Rule Book based on any amendment by the concerned authority;
  •  Liaise with the Office of Labor Authority to resolve relevant issues;
  • Actively take part in all inquiry processes;
  •  Support the management with periodic and ad hoc reports on disciplinary issues:
  •  Maintain proper documentation in all disciplinary cases:
  • Update and maintain the employee disciplinary database in an accurate, organized, and flawless manner:
  •  Provide data as per the requirement of external auditors/regulatory bodies and resolve their queries:
  •  Address queries of, communicate, and maintain liaison with all Regulatory Bodies and internal and external audit teams as part of reporting.

Employee Relations function:

  1.  Must have experience in handling disciplinary issues:
  2.  Should have a decent understanding of prevailing labor law statutory and regulatory requirements.
  3.  Strong command over Microsoft Office Package
  4.  Proficient in both Bangla and English communication
  5.  Be self-propelled, customer-centric, a team player, and capable of meeting deadline
